The Palreddy-Lowe Learning Lab helps schools move beyond “doing restorative justice” to becoming restorative communities where students and staff thrive.
Our work supports schools in cultivating trauma-informed, restorative, and liberatory learning environments where relationships are central, agency is honored, and accountability is shared. As a teacher and psychologist team, we bring a unique blend of classroom wisdom and clinical insight to help schools build the conditions for sustainable well-being, meaningful learning, and collective flourishing.
our framework
We provide systemic support all designed to work at the speed of trust, mirroring the adult & student experience, and choosing connection over control.
-
Moving at the Speed of Trust
We intentionally slow the process so that everyone feels safe enough to engage and build relationships with each other.

-
Mirroring the Adult & Student Experience
We help schools create an environment where administrators hold teachers in community in a way that mirrors how we want those teachers to hold their students in community. If we want students to feel respected, supported, and held accountable, the staff must feel that way too.

-
Choosing Connection Over Control
We help schools develop practices that hold people responsible for their actions while keeping them closely connected to their community.
